Assistant Reception Manager

You must present a positive first impression and an ever-lasting last impression, and you will not only be a friendly face but a friendly voice by supporting the team with managing responsibilities. As a member of our Reception team you’ll have previous experience in a similar environment. You’ll be passionate about giving a professional and friendly service and you’ll embrace our brand standards and do your best to make each guest’s stay meet and exceed expectations.

About you:

Like we do… you love an early morning sunrise as much as a beautiful sunset. You’re a hands-on, sleeves up kind of person with a passion for exception customer service.

• Proven experience front of house & in a managerial role
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working with online booking systems, knowledge of Rezlynx System is essential.
