Phone Operator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, professional, enthusiastic phone operator for our growing taxi company in Braintree, Essex.

Applicants should have strong communication skills and a good eye for detail. This job will require you to handle incoming calls, and implement customer addresses, booking times and other details into our booking system.

Full training will be provided, and we have on site parking.
