Call Centre Agent– Brighton

The Telemarketing Company is expanding fast and we’re growing our telemarketing team. If you have experience of working on the phone in sales or telemarketing, we would especially love to hear from you.

Salary From £9.90 / hour

Here's a quick glimpse of what your days will look like as you work with us:
-Working either outbound or inbound campaigns
-Accurately enter pertinent customer data and research customer information
-Provide excellent customer service at every touchpoint, and should you need help managing a customer’s concern, your manager will be there to help with resolution
-Responsible for in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, learning about products and staying up-to-date on new product or policy changes.

You’ll need to have:
A professional telephone manner
Good communication and listening skills
Conscientiousness and drive
A-levels or above academic qualifications
Previous telesales experience advantageous
Ability to work from the office based in Brighton
