Chef/Cook

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for either 2 x Part Time or 1 x Full Time Kitchen Chef/Cook at The Tythings, Bishopsworth, Bristol.

Hours will be generally between 10am - 10pm. We open 365 days of the year; therefore you would need to be available and willing to work over the Christmas and New Year period.(inc. Christmas Day)

Experience in a fast paced kitchen is ESSENTIAL with a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene.

General cooking & preparation duties.

Presenting meals to company spec. Controlling and monitoring losses and waste.

Ensuring all company policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times

Work quickly & efficiently under pressure

Work well on their own initiative and as part of a team

The successful candidate will be subject to completion of our mandatory CPL online training which will be organised by us once appointed, there is no charge to yourself.

Pay & hours to be discussed at interview based on experience & the needs of the business.
