Role Overview & Responsibilities

The iconic Roof Terrace at The Varsity Hotel & spa is finally reopening on 1st April 2023. We are now recruiting Part Time or Full Time Waiter & Waitress, motivated individuals with a great attitude and outstanding customer service skills who are willing to go that extra mile for our valued guests. Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role, work well within a team and thrive in a busy environment. Good command of English is a must. Experience of working in busy environment is a plus. Successful candidates must be enthusiastic, well organized, passionate about food and beverages and eager to contribute in a modern establishment that is renowned for its consistently high level, and friendly service. Good package offered and salary offered.

Your strengths: - Experience in a similar establishment is essential , passionate about food and drinks - Good (inter)personal, communication and presentation skills are required - Hard working, able to work in a fast paced working environment and ability to work under pressure - Be able to work effectively as part of a team - A passion for quality, friendly service coupled with general knowledge of food - Well-presented and good English knowledge.

High gross of tips and service charge shared on a monthly basis.

Salary: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
