Role Overview & Responsibilities

Waiting Staff

At The Walnut Tree Hotel we are currently seeking new team members to complement our growing team. Experience in a food and beverage role would be an advantage however full training will be provided.

Hours of work can be widely flexible to fit around a range of lifestyle commitments however as a hotel and restaurant we do operate 7 days a week including bank holidays.

Hours of work would be around 20 hours per week, usually 4 days a week depending on the needs of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in our growing restaurant serving mainly serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to our guests but also serving drinks from the bar.
• Taking orders for food and drinks working seamlessly with our kitchen team
• General cleaning duties around the public areas of the hotel and restaurant.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous restaurant and bar experience.
• Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
