The White Hart at Fyfield is a beautiful independent restaurant, in the village of Fyfield (10 minutes from Oxford city centre). This stunning country restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide, holds 2 AA rosettes for culinary excellence and has won numerous awards, including Best Restaurant at the National Food Awards!

We are passionate about the quality and provenance of our food and drink – suppliers are mainly local, we have our own kitchen garden and everything is made fresh on site. We take the same pride in our service and place great importance on the quality of our team. Service is professional and friendly with an aim to exceed customer expectations. We are a work family - we take care of one another - and it is only working together that we achieve such success.

Job

We are looking for full time bar and waiting team members to join our award-winning team. Enthusiasm and a passion for food and drink is essential and so is taking pride in giving exceptional customer service, having high standards and an eye for detail. The chosen candidate should be professional, friendly and smart. The ability to work as part of a friendly happy team is also essential. There are opportunities to progress and develop and ideas/input from all is encouraged. Experience is preferred but not essential, all training will be done in house.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
