Care Assistant

In preparation of opening our luxury care home, we’re looking to recruit a Care Assistant who is passionate and competent in delivering a high standard of Residential, Nursing, Dementia & Respite care for ‘up to- 50-residents.

Our elegant care home is being led by an ‘award-winning’ Home Manager, who has a fantastic track record of delivering outstanding care homes, whilst boasting a spectacular track record of training and developing their staff to progress within their own career.

Care Assistant Contract (Nightshift)

• £11.30 per hour

• We can offer anything between 1 – 4 shifts per week (11 – 44 hours per week)

• Pension

• 5.6 weeks annual leave

• Paid DBS

• Onsite parking

• Uniform provided

• Flexible working: 5 – 12 hours per shift

Ideally, we are looking for our Care Assistant(s) to have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, but with the right attitude and a genuine interest working with the elderly, we can give you a career, not just a job.
