Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for full time front of house staff to join our team. The candidate must excel in customer service, use their initiative to think on their feet and work well as a team. We're a busy countryside hotel in the heart of Tintern. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, quality food and a beautiful setting. We'd like someone to join our team who is enthusiastic about the hospitality industry, is eager to learn new skills and enjoys interacting with customers.

We try to provide a work-life balance for our whole team with flexible working hours, competitive pay and fantastic gratuities. The front of house role entails waiting on, bar work, opening and closing and reception duties. We are happy to provide full training but some experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
