Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Stable is a collection of nine relaxed restaurants and pubs.

Famed for our mouth-watering range of hand-crafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients, we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers.

More than a decade on since its inception in 2009, The Stable now fires pizza ovens the length and breadth of the country. From famed surfing spot Fistral Beach, Newquay to the harboursides of Bristol, Falmouth and Plymouth, we are also located further north in the city centres of Cardiff and Birmingham.

You'll find us neighbouring the mighty cathedral in The Square, just tucked behind Winchester High Street. Grab a seat, inside or out, relax, people watch and take in the vibes of our busy little city. With stylish interiors and fabulous artworks, we’re the ideal spot for parties and celebrations, as well as for a relaxed lunch or dinner with friends and family.

We are looking for a great personality to join our strong, multi-talented kitchen team!

You don't need to have extensive experience in a kitchen, as training will be given. However, a willingness to learn new skills, adapt to new experiences, and a need to continuously improve, will be ideal!
