Receptionist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a charismatic receptionist to join our team at Thundercat Tattoo Studio, located in the center of Nottingham.

Duties include:

Welcoming customers with a positive and warm approach
Contacting, consulting with, and booking customers
Integrity with administrative tasks
Working professionally with our artists
Managing apprentices
Responding to emails and instagram messages promptly
Keeping on top of stock and replenishing as required
General tasks and housekeeping to ensure the studio is running effectively
High level of hygiene
Sometimes studio DJ!
This is a part-time, self employed position, 3-4 days per week, up to 7.5 hours a day.

We are a small business, therefore, reliability is essential to us!

This is a social environment, so liking people and being friendly is a MUST! Ability to use MS Excel, booksy and basic sales skills are required. Full training is provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
