Domestic Cleaner

We are looking for cleaners for our clients in the following areas- Wakefield, Dewsbury, Batley & Mirfield, Castleford, Pontefract and surrounding areas (You choose how far you travel)

Hourly rate typically from £12.00 per hour

Most clients are looking for cleaning help between Monday – Friday (Some of our commercial clients prefer out of office hours cleaning)

Job summary:

• The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards cleaning and have a great attention to detail.
• Willing to travel to clients homes to carry out cleaning services.
• They will also need organisational, time keeping and good communication skills along with good time management.
• Clients mostly require a weekly or fortnightly clean, varying between 2-9 hours a week and usually on weekdays.
• Unsociable hours and weekends paid at a higher rate
• One off deep cleans paid at a higher rate
• You may just want one or two clients a week (which is absolutely fine) or you may prefer to have lots of clients every week, you decide.

Job specifications & key responsibilities:

Cleaning all areas/rooms in the home. From hoovering, dusting, mopping, cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, lounge, halls, stairs, inside windows, conservatories, emptying bins, changing bedding, ironing, changing bed linen.
All cleaning materials and products are provided by the client.

Key skills:

• Ability to handle various cleaning equipment.
• Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills are a must.
• Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour
