Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Southampton, UK

Type: Full Time/Part Time

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our schools in Southampton. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced teachers to support and inspire our students to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications are not required, however relevant experience in a school or nursery setting is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in the planning and delivery of lessons
• Work with individual students or small groups to provide additional support and guidance
• Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour management
• Support the assessment and recording of student progress
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them to achieve their potential

Salary: £75.00-£85.00 per day
