Production Planner

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Totally Natural Solutions are the UK’s foremost hop oil provider for the brewing supply chain. Specialising in the extraction of natural hop aromas and flavours. A young and dynamic company realising an expansion plan to ensure the best quality products for use in the food and beverage industry.

We are seeking a Production Planner to join our team in Paddock Wood. This is a full time, permanent role in our newly expanded Production facility.

Person Specification

· A strong understanding of production planning in a fast moving manufacturing environment is essential for this role.

• Demonstrated proficiency of ERP/MRP systems
• Advanced excel knowledge
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Experience on problem solving and continuous improvements

· Strong attention to detail is essential.

· Excellent communication skills and experience of building relationships as a team player

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and prepare the production schedules for manufacture of all products within specified lead times.

• Maintain and update production plan respond to any relevant changes
• Monitor Production work order completion and achieve dates informing sales or despatch of any possible delays
• Maintain master production plan data
• Maintain and update related Standard operating procedures
• Support continuous improvements, developing and building on existing processes to improve production flow and stock accuracy

· Ensure stock levels of certain finished products are available at all times.

• Be a team player who can also work closely with other departments in a professional manner

• Production Scheduling: 3 years (required)
• Production Management: 1 year (preferred)
