Experienced Telecommunications Civils Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The supervisor role will be responsible for looking after 3-5 teams of subcontractors, currently installing fibre infrastructure and box builds within the Cumbria region.

The successful applicant will be experienced in all aspects of streetworks, the Openreach network and be PIA accredited.

Applicants are to have at least 3-5 years experience.

Responsibilities:

• Daily management of civil teams
• Reporting to the projects director
• Ensuring all works are fully compliant and carried out to an expected high standard
• Managing your resources in a timely efficient manor
• Daily liaising direct with the clients supervisor
• Pre-planning and agreeing works on site prior to delivery (walkthroughs/changes)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
