Role Overview & Responsibilities

Trades 360 NW are a recruitment agency currently recruiting for an interior fit-out contractor who specialise in hospitality fit-out projects across the UK from their head office in Wakefield. They specialise in the fit-out of leisure projects including pubs, restaurants and hotels.

They are recruiting for a Graduate Project Manager on a permanent basis who can work from their Wakefield office on projects nationwide. You will be based in the companies head office, with regular travel to projects to ensure everything is running smoothly. This is a client facing position so you must be a good communicator who has face to face client experience. You should have an understanding of budgets and be aware of their impact on site works. You must be able to drive projects forward and ensure they are delivered to a high standard.

Experience required:

· Must have a degree relevant to construction management.

· Candidates ideally have worked for other joinery/interiors/refurbishment/fit-out contractors in the UK

· Good knowledge and understanding of the industry

· Understanding of issues such as building regulations and planning

· Knowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental safety requirements

Qualifications required:

Degree within construction management sector.

Working days / hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
