Bar Attendant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Bar attendant needed for a traditional, old world pub on the Barbican, working within a small and friendly team. Would suit a student wanting more hours during the summer and then on return to university reducing hours to approximately 15 hours a week to accommodate studies.

This position would involve shifts midweek and some weekend work to fit the needs of the business.

At least one year experience in the hospitality industry would be preferred but not essential for the right applicant as full training will be provided.

Candidates must have a kind, caring disposition with good conversational skills and confidence dealing with the general public from all walks of life.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift

• Plymouth, PL1 2LA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (required)
• customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
