Loreto Grammar School is an 11-18 Roman Catholic Grammar School for Girls with Academy status located in Altrincham, in the Borough of Trafford. It is a thriving, successful and over-subscribed school, judged as “Outstanding” by Ofsted in September 2022 and by the Diocese of Shrewsbury. Loreto is a happy place to work.

The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a colleague to join our outstanding History department. The appointed candidate will be required to teach at all Key Stages, including A Level, and be an engaged and proactive member as a teacher and form tutor. Applications are welcome from colleagues at all career stages, including ECT. The successful candidate will join the established and supportive Loreto community and be expected to commit to the ethos and values of the school.
