Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Customer Service Co-ordinator to keep our office running smoothly. This is a permanent part-time role of 25 hours per week, ideally 5 hours a day, though we are flexible with hours and days to suit. You will be working on-site from our office in Kilmarnock, but we are open to hybrid setting.
You do not have to have the industry experience - we’ve got you covered! We will provide full training to help you learn and understand everything you need to know for the role. All we require from you is:
· A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
· Someone who is motivated and detail-orientated.
· Strong IT & literacy skills
· Good communication skills with the ability to talk to a wide range of people.
· Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· You are comfortable working independently and can take initiative when necessary.
What you will be doing:
As our Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day to day operations of our business. Collaborating and working alongside our Managing Director and the Director of Operations, you will be:
· Obtaining certificates from outsourced trainers and sending them out to relevant parties.
· Maintaining onboarding systems for suppliers, and monitoring to ensure compliance with our industry regulations.
· Generating leads for the business through research and outreach.
· Preparing and sending quotes for training to potential clients.
· Maintaining accurate attendance records for training sessions.
· Providing general administrative support as and when needed.
These are the core tasks of the role at present, however, there is a likelihood that additional tasks may be given in support of our business growth.
