Telecom Business assistant - Taiwanese speaking

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing the Returned merchandise authorization (RMA) products, identifying whether they are faulty
• Reworking the firmware of warehouse stock when needed, and repacking
• Maintaining Testing equipment, making sure equipment is working fine
• Responsible for stock checking regularly
• Daily Reporting to line manager
• Other ad hoc tasks as required by line manager.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Familiar with Microsoft and outlook installation
• Basic networking knowledge
• Great attention to details
• Good judgment skills
• Self-motivated but equally work well in a team setting
• Enjoy solving problems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
