Line Chef

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our Line Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking the delicious food we are known for. Mainly seafood and chicken, it’s a simple menu and that is why it is so important that seasoning and flavour is on point every single time!

We are seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team on part time and/or full time basis at our Balham branch.

About the Job:

· You will be passionate about working with food cooked to order in a fast-paced environment

· You will ensure all our dishes are cooked to our standard whilst being delivered at the speed to which our guests expect

· Must have a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety

· You will have great planning and organisation skills

· You will have high standards and a good eye for detail

· Minimum experience - have worked in a kitchen/ street food environment and understand the operating structure of a kitchen

· Be comfortable to get stuck in and support the team in busy service

About You:

· Must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive.

· Have an interest about food, seasoning and a willingness to learn and share your knowledge

· You will be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

· Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

· Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

· Affable all-rounder able to get join a happy team and serve customers with a smile

· You will have a good command of English and be eligible to work in the UK
