Online Sales Advisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an Online Sales Advisor you will be responsible for:

· Maintain online listings on Traynors.co.uk, eBay and other platforms if required

· Making sure all images are of the highest quality and all descriptions are clear and correct

· Answering customer queries via phone, email and online messaging

· Making sure prices and promotions are up to date

· Assist in processing online orders

Skills:

· Basic computer literacy with experience of using different applications.

· Good mechanical knowledge of different cars, makes, models and car parts preferable but not essential

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to multitask, demonstrate own initiative and be accountable for decisions

· Must be able to work as part of a team

· Experience with online marketplaces preferable but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
