Retail Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Trespass are looking for an enthusiastic supervisor to join our new store in the Merry Hill shopping centre.

Full flexibility is ideal.

As a supervisor you will be the backbone and support for the manager to ensure the smooth running of the store and take full responsibility of the store during the managers days off.

You will focus on driving sales and maximising store profitability, while providing industry leading service on the high street. You will continue to exceed your stores KPIs and maintain the company standards while following company guidelines.

To be a successful supervisor you will:

Ideally have gained management skills in either a retail, hospitality or leisure environment but is not essential.

Be commercially savvy, with the ability to maximise the financial performance of your store and effectively manage budgets

Be a real people-person, always accessible and hugely passionate when it comes to recruiting, developing and empowering your team.

Thrive on responsibility as you'll make it your job to exceed our expectations as well as your customers.

Be a strong team player and want to drive your store forward together as one strong unit.

Pride yourself on excellent customer service and leading by example.

Training is provided within the company.

Duties include.

Customer service.

All aspects of till use

Deliveries

Replenishment

excellent store standards

Running of the store when required

Driving sales and your team

Daily paperwork

Any and all other store duties

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £8.30-£10.27 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Retail Shop Managers: 1 year (preferred)
