Role Overview & Responsibilities

Trident Healthcare Solutions is recruiting quality Care Assistants and Support Workers across Southwest England to work in an agency capacity, with hundreds of shifts released each week.

Our client is an award-winning not-for-profit care provider, with care homes across Somerset and the Isle of Wight delivering a wide range of support services.

Key tasks:

• Provide personal care - washing, bathing, dressing, feeding and toileting
• Undertake moving and handling duties as required.
• Update confidential computer records such as Service Users care plans
• Contribute to reviews of customers' needs as directed.
• Encourage Service Users to participate in organised activities
• One to one support.

Applicants should have a minimum of 6 months care experience.
