Role Overview & Responsibilities

You will be working as part of a small team in a family run business.

No targets, no pressure, just honest and friendly customer service. Our aim is to provide a happy, comfortable and special experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include dealing with customers and ensuring the jewellery is clean and well presented. You are required to have patience and a genuine interest in people and the jewellery they are looking for.
We are open 7 days a week and the position is for 3 or 4 days a week with additional holiday cover when required.

Experience in retail is preferred. Experience in the jewellery trade would be helpful but not essential as in house training will be supplied.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 - 30 per week

Salary: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nottingham, NG1 4AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (required)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
