Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join a team at an Italian restaurant opening soon in Hartlepool! You will be a key part of the team, interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Greeting & Seating customers
• Taking food & drink orders and serving customers
• Taking bookings
• Liaison with kitchen staff
• Learning and understanding the food, drinks & cocktail menu
• Handling customer queries and complaints
• Keeping front of house clean & tidy

Previous experience in this role is preferable but not required.

This is a minimum wage role starting at £9.50 and rising to £10.42 in April. This is a part time role with a minimum of 16 hours a week.

Salary: From £9.50 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
