Sushi Chef/Kitchen Assistant - Long Shift/Overtime available

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are searching for a Sushi Chef to join an already existing team. The ideal candidate would have excellent time-management and prioritisation skills, a passion for food and a passion for teaching others about the art of sushi. We love an individual who is self-motivated and has a strong work ethic, but is also willing to learn from the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing various types of sushi while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi rice and ingredients according to the chef's directions.
• Prepare seafood and vegetables according to the chef's directions.
• Prepare rice and ingredients.
• Prepare sushi rice and ingredients according to the chef's directions.
• Follow health standards as outlined in health regulations.
• Be able to communicate with customers clearly in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50-£13.50 per hour
