Role Overview & Responsibilities

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A CURRENT CCTV LICENCE AND DRIVER'S LICENCE

T.S.S. have an exciting new career opportunity for a CCTV Van Operator providing support for a major client.

This position is full time on a variable shift pattern which includes weekend working and some late shifts.

A Driver’s license and CCTV license is required for this role.

This position includes working in and around Scotland but the Ideal candidate would be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • To update the Crime Hub immediately in relation to any incidents/issues which may escalate on site.
  • To write reports about incidents and to refer these to the Crime Hub.
  • All written reports should be completed before the end of the shift with video (audio) verification attached if possible.
  • Carry out daily health checks on CCTV vans (Visuals, Audio, alarms).
  • Completion of daily occurrence books ensuring all relevant information has been logged.
  • Answering 2-Way Audio/Video Assistance Calls
  • Monitor high risk stores that require additional attention.
  • To maintain the highest levels of system knowledge and functionality.
  • To follow the process at all times.
  • Maintain the agreed KPIs always.
  • To manage emergency situations in line with Company Policy.
  • To take reasonable care of yourself and others, to ensure nothing is misused in relation to Health and Safety and to report anything that is not safe
  • Any other reasonable duties as required by your Line Manager.
