TT Media is a London - based TikTok focused growth hacking agency specialising in TikTok commerce. We help and empower our clients to maximise their business on TikTok.

As an Official TikTik Shop Partner, we provide end-to-end comprehensive TikTok marketing services from livestream selling management, TikTok video production, TikTok paid media promotion and TikTok Shop management.

Purpose of the role:

TT Media is seeking a creative, proactive and passionate candidate to join our team, based in London. You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning and management of our multiple social media accounts on different platforms primarily TikTok and Instagram. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident self-starter with previous experience of delivering engaging, socially optimised campaigns from strategic ideation through to final delivery. With the ability to combine product, data insight with creativity and story-telling. Your key aim will be to develop and help execute content to support business objectives.

Job Description:

• Working with the team, you will be mostly responsible for all social output across brand channels (TikTok and Instagram). This includes creating content, shooting and editing photos and videos, writing copy, scheduling and publishing daily content aligned to our business and brands
• Developing and executing social content from wider marketing campaigns, working closely with other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Creating original video content for TikTok and Instagram
• Attending events when needed to capture and edit content for social
• Be responsible for the end-to-end production and distribution of videos across all social platforms
• Researching trends and continuously monitoring social performance and identifying content that resonates with key audience and efficiency improvements
• Delivering the best possible visual social media content via videos and images
• Keeping up to date with evolving social media features and trends in order to maintain relevancy and market positioning
• Reviewing which content works best and optimizing

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a social media role with an understanding of content production
• In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape especially TikTok and Instagram
• Experienced in shooting and editing photos and videos
• Experience with Video/Audio Editing software (Premiere Pro/Avid/Final Cut)
• Experience with photo editing software (photoshop/lightroom/canva)
• Organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
• An eye for detail and passionate for socially optimised content
• A proven ability of executing successful social strategies including growth tactics, customer retention, increased engagement and best in class content
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Highly organised with the skill set to work on multiple projects, strategies and channels at the same time
• A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00 per year
