SALARY

• Basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
• Uncapped Bonus scheme
• Average earners make £500 per month increasing your salary to £24,000
• Top earners make £400- £800 per month increasing your salary to £28,000
• As it is uncapped you could earn even more

The Role as a Call Operator will include

• As a Call Operator you will be calling lapsed customers to discuss new offers
• Providing general customer support
• As a Call Operator, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and trying to upsell and secure their renewal

• Friendly warm voice

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service
• have the ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
• You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
• The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Stoke-on-Trent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
