We are looking for people with great customer service to represent and be the first point of response for our clients customers. All call are inbound so no cold calling. Being a inbound customer service advisor you are expected to treat customers with respect and care at all times to ensure there time in contact with the company is a helpful one.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work as part of a team to maintain and support performance across the campaign

- Build strong relationships with customers

- Find resolutions to customer issues
- Promote the business in a professional manner
- Provide great customer service
- Take ownership for each call and reach the best possible outcome for the customer

Salary + Bonus

Salary:£22,672 + Attendance bonus paid £300 each quarter (95% attendance) = £23,872

Bonus:

• Attendance Bonus: £300 per quarter
• Upselling Bonus (No Sales targets/pressure) – £200 average

Working Hours:

Rotational Shift Pattern – 2 weeks

Week 1 - Monday to Friday – 9am until 5.30pm

Week 2 – Monday to Friday – 8.30am until 5.00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £22,672.00 per year
