The Haematology and Oncology department is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic ACP to join our existing team, providing excellent clinical care to our patients.

UHB consists of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham Heartlands Hospital, Good Hope Hospital, Solihull Hospital and Birmingham Chest Clinic. As the lead regional centre for Cancer care and Bone Marrow Transplants, the Haematology service offers specialised services including Level 3 and 4 Stem Cell Transplantation, CAR-T cell therapy, teenage and young adults (TYA) cancer care, apheresis, Comprehensive Haemophilia Centre, specialist integrated haematological malignancy diagnostic service (siHMDS) and a nationally recognised academic programme. The Oncology service delivers specialist Systematic Anti-Cancer Treatment and covers an extensive range of tumour sites. Outpatient treatment is delivered via bespoke Day Units, whilst inpatient treatment is delivered via dedicated inpatient wards and a specialist Young Persons Unit. Emergency for both services are managed by the Acute Oncology Service (AOS).

Haematology and Oncology services are supported by clinicians, junior doctors, CNSs, AOS, ACPs and specialist nurses. Inpatient wards and the Young Persons Unit for TYA care are based at QEH and all sites have bespoke Day Units, procedure areas and clinics.
