We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our team, working as Finance Officers within the Business Support team. These are key financial posts, working with colleagues across the University's Professional Service areas to ensure correct and accurate processes are followed, whilst carrying out key purchasing responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to, promoting good purchasing practices, generating purchase orders, ensuring goods receipting happens in a timely manner, and passing invoices for prompt payment. The role will also involve working with suppliers, customers, and external agencies.

In this role, knowledge of financial administration would be advantageous but full training will be given. The workload will be varied, and you will be required to use your initiative, work as part of a team, and be able to cope in a dynamic and challenging environment.

As one of the largest employers in the city, the University of Lincoln offers exciting career opportunities with the chance to grow and develop to reach your full potential. We also offer a wide range of staff benefits, including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year pro rata (plus an additional 14 bank holiday and concessionary days), progressive pay rates, access to discounts at popular stores and more.

We embrace flexibility and a hybrid culture of working; therefore as part of these roles you will have the opportunity to work at the newly refurbished Lawress Hall building at our Riseholme campus, and the ability to work remotely.

For further details or an informal discussion about these exciting opportunities, please contact Trisha Ramsay tramsay@lincoln.ac.uk
