Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Lecturer to join the anatomy team at the Department of Musculoskeletal and Ageing Science, which is part of the Institute of Life Courses and Medical Sciences.You will be supported to develop their independent research career, while working with colleagues in the School of Life Sciences and the Human Anatomy Resource Centre (HARC) to deliver high-quality anatomy teaching.
You will establish your research team in the William Henry Duncan Building, a custom-built research building with fully-equipped laboratory space as well as specialised equipment and facilities.
You will have a First degree in biological or biomedical sciences and a PhD in biological or biomedical sciences.
Tenure is permanent subject to 3-year confirmation in appointment. The post is full-time, but there may be opportunities for flexible working.
