
Warehouse Operative
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Up and Away Aviation Services provide expert cleaning services throughout the UK, helping keep our commercial client’s aircraft and brand reputation spotless.
As a store person/Driver your main responsibility will be to take deliveries and manage stock levels.
The hours will be 40 per week Monday to Friday with occasional overtime, Start time 7/8am.
Key Responsibilities
· Receiving all deliveries and checking the goods received.
· Ensure all stock is stored in the correct manner.
· Liaising with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies in stock.
· Keeping a detailed records of shortages and spares of items.
· Updating inventory management systems regularly.
· Picking and delivering goods by using a forklift.(training can be provided)
· Organising and delivering goods from the store to our base locations around the country.
Key requirements
- Forklift/counterbalance licence preferred
- Experience working in a similar inventory or stock control role
- Excellent organisation skills
- If working in a specialist organisation, a good knowledge of the products they keep in stock could be required (for example, if working in an electrical store, you may be required to have a good working knowledge of electrical equipment.

· Carry out work in accordance with company information, procedures and training provided.
