Barista/Shift Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

VanJordans Coffee House provides top quality coffees, snacks, cakes and others including award winning products from top quality local suppliers. We are relaxed home from home establishment that has comfy sofas, relaxed licensed background music all backed up with the professionals we are looking for to represent our company. We are looking for Barista with good knowledge of coffee, great customer service skills and able to manage shifts and cash up. Must have some experience in the service industry, Baristas with a minimum of 2 years experience and preferable to have had some formal training. We prefer this but it isn't essential as for the right people will we ensure all staff have foundation and intermediate level training at our coffee roasters. We are looking for people who are great with guests, have a great personality and have the knowledge to drive the business forward. We are looking for a supervisor to work around 30 hours a week as we head to launching back inside for mid-May.

Part-time hours: 16 - 30 per week

Salary: £9.20-£10.25 per hour

Experience:

• Hospitality manager: 2 years (preferred)
• Barista experience: 2 years (required)
