Sales Manager (Ballymena) (50k)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our client supplies the retail market across Northern Ireland with high quality Blinds and Shutters.

They are seeking a Sales Manager, to run the field sales team and the internal sales support team.

Salary:

£40,000 basic wage and up to £10,000 OTE.

Responsibilities:

• Hit Sales KPIs
• Coach, develop and nurture the team
• Liaising with Marketing and Senior Management to develop the 2024 strategy.
• Recruit quality staff
• New business development
• Formulate a 2024 Sales Strategy

Requirements:

• Commercially astute
• 3-5 years+ Sales Management (ideally retail)
• Demonstrable ability to manage, lead and motivate the internal and external sales and customer service teams
• CRM experience(Salesforce ideal)

Ideal:

Educated to degree level in a relevant field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
