Weekend Receptionist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Vanta Staffing are looking for an ongoing part time receptionist to work weekends, potentially more hours offered when available. Reception experience is favoured however not a necessity. There is a few hours training to run through computer systems and to explain the duties. Ideal for someone looking for weekend work.

Duties include

- Greeting members and directing to correct department.

- Contacting members via phone regarding memberships.

- Completing admin work such as check in/outs, logging call details. Dealing with queries via email.

- Using programmes such as Microsoft programmes.

- Keeping reception area clean and tidy.

- Being polite and helpful to the members.

Requirements and qualities of the candidate

- Must be able to commit to every weekend shift.

- Must have a good understanding using Microsoft programmes.

- Must be able to communicate with people and demonstrate good customer service.

- Must be polite and helpful.

- Receptionist experience favoured but not necessary.

Saturday hours – 1.15pm – 5.15pm

Sunday hours – 8.45am-3.45pm

Total of 11 hours per week + 30 mins unpaid lunch break on Sundays.

Pay per hour is £9.60 going to £10.42 starting 1st April 2023.

This is ongoing work , weekly pay.
