Role Overview & Responsibilities

Vast Visibility is part of the Howden Insurance Broking Group, which is one of the largest insurance groups in the world, We specialize in technology which powers Insurance Price Comparison Websites, working with most of major UK Price Comparison brands.

As our business expands and as we continue to invest in new technology, predominantly within the AWS ecosystem, we’re in need of a Senior Front-end Engineer to drive the future success of our business.

Who you are:

Essential

o 2+ years of experience of front-end SAAS development in JavaScript/TypeScript using React.

o Experience following Agile working practices.

o Experience writing frontend unit tests

o Ability to translate UX/UI designs into clean code.

o Great comms and collaboration skills.

Ideal

o Experience building scalable microservices and modern APIs.

o Experience working with and simplifying complex build pipelines.

o Working experience with Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
