Workshop Administrator/Receptionist (Automotive)
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £24,600
Shift: Monday - Friday days (Plus alt saturday mornings)
Contract: Permanent

Do you have experience working as a Receptionist or Administrator in the Automotive sector?

As a Workshop Receptionist your role will consist of:

• Dealing with customer queries and updating on further work that may need carrying out to vehicles
• Obtaining details from customers in relation to requirements for servicing and repairs work
• General admin duties
• Front of house on the service reception desk to greet customers
• Updating customers on progress of vehicles
• Managing customer records on the system
