Accounting Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a full-time Accounting Assistant.

The Accounting Assistant will report directly to the Accounting Manager, with some additional assistance to the Human Resources Manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Monthly invoicing
• Project reporting/running reports
• Credit card reconciliation
• Human Resources support as needed
• Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of accounting experience preferred
• Deltek experience preferred
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Strong analytical skills and good work ethic
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent phone/email presence and interpersonal skills

Salary: £31,144.68-£34,209.66 per year

• London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
