Role Overview & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:

• Accurately pick and pack orders from our website and for our 121 sourcing clients
• Weigh and organise kilo sacks for our specialist clients
• Assist with unloading and loading deliveries
• Transport stock to designated departments to support graders
• Support shipping operations
• Manage bales inventory
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace by performing general warehouse maintenance tasks such as sweeping floors and tidying workspaces.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. WORK EXPERIENCE: The preferred candidate should have previous experience working in both retail and warehouse environments. They should be able to function effectively as a team member, while also being able to work independently as required.

SKILLS: This position requires a knowledge and understanding of vintage clothing brands. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills and have the ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently when needed. The role involves physically demanding tasks that can be repetitive, so candidates must be in good physical health.

EDUCATION: The preferred candidate should possess GCSE qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £10.00 per hour
