Head of Athletic Training

We are looking for a Head of Athletic Training to join our Product Team.

As Head of Athletic Training, you will be supporting the UK Programming team to drive occupancy, growth and reputation as a world class group fitness concept

The role:

• Line manage a team of concept “Leads” to ensure coverage across all clubs each month – focusing on concept standards, instructor development and quality assurance.
• Create a coach pathway from foundation to master level for each concept
• Create an experiences/workshops/events calendar for each concept
• Create a culture where the community become raving fans of the program
• Create programmes/work-outs for Online+ filming

What qualities does a Head of Athletic Training need to join Virgin Active?

• Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
• At least an Level 3 Personal Training with S&C and Boxing specialism
• You know how to implement GEX programs and love doing it
• You will act as a member of one team with one goal, will always be yourself, and work hard. Most importantly, you dream big
• You are always looking for ways to learn and improve, to inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing
