HGV Class 1 Drivers
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Warrens are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers on full-time, permanent contracts based at our Rugby site.

We are passionate about providing a comprehensive storage and logistics service to the largest retailers in the UK, all of whom trust us with their specialty bakery products.
Salary: We are proud to say that we pay weekly to our drivers.
Shift:
** Night Drivers Required 23:00-02:00 start time**
5 On 3 Off Shift £45,551.00pa basic pay (OTE £56,187.00 pa)
- Shift rate of £199.68 per shift
- £70 per week (paid monthly) Performance bonus*
- Over time shift rate + £25 per day for carrying out overtime
- Night shifts are paid at premium rate; additional £1.50ph for hours worked between 4pm-4am
**Shunters Required 17:00-19:00 start time**
Shunting - 4 On 4 Off Shift £36,441.60pa basic pay (OTE £51,314.70 pa)
- Shift rate of £199.68 per shift
- £60 per week (paid monthly) performance bonus*
- Over time shift rate + £25 per day for carrying out overtime
- Night shifts are paid at premium rate ; additional £1.50ph for hours worked between 4pm-4am
- 12 months Class 1 experience required along with tug shunting experience

We are now offering £250 to anyone who refers a friend for any of our LGV roles at Warrens. The referred will also receive £250 for joining. T&C apply.
- Work consisting of collections and deliveries into RDC's.
- Shunting role also available
- Possession of HGV Class 1 Driver license with 12 months experience
- Current CPC
- Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Effectively prioritize workload in order to meet set deadlines
