Physician Associate

Warrington and Halton NHS Teaching and Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for current and/or newly qualified Physicians Associates in Emergency Medicine within our Trust.

We are looking for candidates who have excellent team-working skills with the abilities and professional skills to develop into a senior member of our clinical teams under the supervision of our Specialty Consultants. PAs are an established part of the ED workforce in Warrington. The Emergency Department at Warrington has 12 Physician Associates of various experience and you will be joining this dedicated and enthusiastic team. We have seven band 7 PAs and 4 band 6 PAs. This role is to work alongside the existing workforce, offering the exciting opportunity to develop new skills and build on your expertise.

The successful candidate will possess a Post Graduate Diploma/MSc in Physician Associate Studies from one of the UK Physician Associate Programmes or equivalent and will be registered with the FPA.
