Role Overview & Responsibilities

GP led, small and friendly care company looking for enthusiastic and caring people to support and enable people to remain at home.

Whether you are new to care and wishing to start a new career and progress within the health and social care industry or if you are experienced and looking to progress we would love to hear from you.

We have a variety of service users of differing ages. Tasks may include personal care, medication, meal preparation, hydration, shopping, laundry and light house hold tasks. You will also support with social stimulation and helping people engage with their local community.

You will be supported by a field care manager. We offer lots of training and have regular meetings and get togethers.

We support people looking to gain experience prior to university or in the public sector eg nursing and medical students, paramedics, police

We do require all staff to work a weekend on and off.

£11 p/h Monday to Friday 7am -5pm

£12 p/h Monday to Friday 5pm -10 pm

£12 p/h Weekends 7am -10 pm

Travel and waiting time all paid. Mileage is paid at 40 p per mile

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
