Food and Beverage Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit a full time Food Service Assistant at this busy luxury, privately owned 35 bedroom "Country House Hotel by the Sea". The hotel is the number one hotel on TripAdvisor in Aldeburgh and one of the top hotels in Suffolk. A smart appearance and pleasant personality are essential as the roles are customer focused. Other attributes should include:

• An absolute commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
• A positive attitude and good command of the English language due to guest interaction
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High level of personal presentation

Hours of work will vary in line with business requirements but will involve shift and weekend working. Hours will normally be around 40 per week. Previous experience is preferred. Live in accommodation is available, inclusive of food, all utilities and WIFI access.
