Role Overview & Responsibilities

Housekeeping Assistant required to work in this busy, luxury 35 bedroom hotel by the sea, close to the centre of Aldeburgh. Main duties will include keeping the public areas clean, cleaning guests’ bedrooms and other associated housekeeping duties. Ranked number 1 on TripAdvisor in Aldeburgh, the hotel offers quality accommodation and services. The successful candidate must have a pleasant and cheerful personality and will be expected to work well as a team member. The nature of the work is physically demanding, but the working environment is excellent.

The position is a full time one and you will be expected to work any 5 days in 7, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Normal hours of work for this position are from either 7.30am or 9.00am to around 2.00pm. Previous experience in a similar position would be advantage, but not essential.

Hours of work will vary in line with business requirements but will involve weekend working. Previous experience is preferred.
