Customer Service Assistant
Role Overview & Responsibilities
weONLYmot are looking for a professional, friendly person to join our team of customer service advisor's at our Head Office in Ollerton. Please note this is for one day per week plus holiday cover.
Our small team is responsible for taking bookings for 7 MOT testing stations across the East Midlands. Other responsibilities include supporting members of the team to complete outbound sales calls (no cold calling), dealing with MOT enquiries, front of house duties and general admin work. Maintain the sites communal areas ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy.
Hours of work are Friday 8am - 5pm, extra hours are avaliable to cover staff holidays.
The right candidate will have strong customer service skills and sales experience and be flexible in their attitude to the role. Knowledge of the motor industry/MOT testing is desirable but not essential.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: From Β£9.58 per hour
