About us

West Wales Chock Shop Ltd is family owned Chocolate Brownie Shop and Event Trader in West Wales. Due to business growth we are looking to recruit a team of colleagues for our new shop opening in Tenby, our shop in Saundersfoot and events.

We have a variety of hours available ranging from full time (40 hours) to part time.

We are looking for colleagues who are passionate about taking and engaging with customers, are friendly and are happy to work in a busy environment. No previous experience needed as full training will be given.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Shop Supervisor who loves chocolate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for over seeing the day to day running of the Tenby Shop, supporting with events, providing excellent customer service, maintaining exceptional food hygiene standard, and advising customers to find the products they need. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, good team building skills, thrive in working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a fantastic team and run a brand new shop.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Training a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintaining excellent levels of food hygiene and shop cleanliness.
• Over see the day to day running of the Tenby Shop.
• Covering at the Saundersfoot shop and events as and when needed.
• Provide assistance to customers in finding the products they need.
• Answer customer questions about products and services.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments and cash up.
• Restock shelves with new products.
• Assist with promotional activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.10 per hour
